Wolcott Scrapers 4 Winsted Whalers 1
Wolcott defeated winsted 4-1 behind the complete game effort of Blake Stone. Stone scattered 6 hits and struck out 6. Alex James had 2 hits and an rbi, while Nick Sconziano doubled and scored 2 runs for the Scrappers. Pete Greenwood singled and scored while Johnny Lippincott doubled for the Whale. Casey Weingert scattered 5 hits with 5ks in a complete game effort.

Valley Kraken 2 Naugatuck Scorpions 1
Both teams were strong on the bump as the Kraken defeated the Scorpions 2-1. The Scorpions were the first to strike, as they scored 1 run in the top of the 3rd inning. Braydon Stellato, Kraken pitcher, would not allow another run. He gave up only 3 hits during his full 7 inning performance and tallied 2 strike outs. The Kraken gave Stellato the lead in the bottom of the fourth as Michael Granata doubled and Aidan Kane singled, each scoring one run. Stellato did not allow another hit for the remainder of the game, securing the win for the Kraken.
