The Southington 66ers defeated the Bristol Greeners 11 – 1 behind Connor Crean’s six strong innings on the mound and 11 base hits from the 66ers offense. Matt Dell’Agnese pitched a scoreless seventh for Southington. Tim Jalbert led the 66ers’ offense with two doubles and a single while Brian Boerner and Josh Dobratz had two hits, John Mikalopas had a two-run single, and Kyle Dube, Brendon Emigholz, and Patrick Raymond contributed base hits. Bristol had six hits including two from Tyler Cyr and singles from Reid Roberge, Finn, Knox, and Bodley. Shortstop Jerry LaPenta had a defensive gem for the Greeners.
