Watertown Blaze 15 Burlington Hunters 0
The Watertown Blaze (16-0) pitching staff remains on fire as they were a 5th inning infield single away from their second perfect game of the season as the Blaze won 15-0 over the Burlington Hunters. Steve Consiglio, Kyle Kennedy, Matt Quintana and Charlie Benson combined to strikeout 8 and allowed 1 hit on the way to their 8th shutout of the season. On offense, Dom Severino (3 hits, 3 RBI, 2 runs), Chris Comeau (3 hits, 1 RBI) and Conor McEvoy (3 hits, 2 doubles, 3 RBI) led the the way while Chris Ayer, Tony Patane and DJ Oullette all had 2 hits a piece. The Blaze finish up the regular season this weekend hosting Southington at 2 o’clock on Saturday and Naugatuck at 1 o’clock on Sunday.

Terryville Black Sox 5 Naugatuck Dogs 1
Kenny Kerski threw a complete game striking out 9 and Jake Tehan had 2 hits and 2 RBI’s. Sean Miller Jones had 2 hits for Naugy including a solo shot in the first inning. John Auguelli from Terryville hit a solo shot in the 2nd inning to tie the score at one. Terryville added 2 more runs in the 4th and 6th innings.
Canton Crushers 5 Southington 66ers 3
Canton won 5-3 over Southington in a great played game. Taylor Riley picked up the win pitching 5 innings for canton strikong out 1 and only giving up 4 hits he loss went to southington Pitcher Andrew Gonacski who went the distance stuck out 4 and and giving up just 7 hits. The save went to Chris VandeBogart who pitched out of a bases loaded jam in with a final out strike out ending Southingtons hope for a comeback win. Jimmy Spritio had two hits including a double and two runs scored Taylor Riley had a two run double. Southingtons Catcher Menedez had two hits including a double and a run scored.
Tri-Town Trojans 3 East Mountain Cougars 1
Miles Scribner pitched 7 innings, allowing 3 hits with 12 strikeouts to lead the Trojans. In the top of the fourth inning, Pat Riley (2-3, 2 SBs) singled home the first run followed with an RBI single by Michael Fabiaschi. The Trojans would add an insurance run in the top of the 7th off the bat of Landon Gardella. Casey McDonald had two hits, including a double for TriTown. Jeff Cappa led the Cougars with an RBI single in the first inning for Tribury.

Jesse Darcy threw yet another complete game shut out striking out 12. Teddy Gravel and Jon Conlon had RBIs for Bethlehem.
