Bethlehem Plowboys 6 Tri-Town Trojans 5
A wild Tri-State Baseball League game between Bethlehem and Tri-Town ended with some 10th inning fireworks on Sunday at Gallup Field. Connor Murray put the Trojans ahead 5-4 with a solo home run in the top of the 10th inning, but Plowboy Pat McGee gave his team a 6-5 victory with a walkoff two-run shot in the bottom of the inning off of Miles Scribner. Jason Krajeski was the complete-game winner for Bethlehem (14-2). He threw 180 pitches in 10 innings and gave up five runs on nine hits. Nick Chiovitti and Ted Gravel each had three hits. Wayne Brewington had two hits for Tri-Town (8-8).
Brass City Brew 7 Lakeville Outlaws 5
Brass City rallied for a road win over Lakeville at The Hotchkiss School. The Brew (8-8) scored six runs in the final three innings to take the victory. Steve Carosella had two doubles, two walks, three runs scored, a stolen base and a run batted in to lead Brass City. Aaron McCulloch and Paul Novakowski each had two hits, a run batted in, run scored and stolen base for the Brew. Mike Verroneau picked up the win. Jeff Fabbri had a grand slam for Lakeville (2-16) in the loss. Adam Fuoco took the loss for the Outlaws.

Watertown Blaze 5 Thomaston Threshers 4
Jay Spear and Chris Comeau combined for 5 innings of shutout relief with 7 K’s and allowing 4 hits. Comeau had 3 hits on the day while Gaelen Sanderson had 2 hits and 2 RBI. Jay Spear also had two hits for the Blaze (7-10).
Naugatuck Dogs 6 Winsted Whalers 4
Winsted scored three runs in the bottom of the 7th to tie the game at 4-4 and send it into extras. Matt Kane led off the top of the 9th with a lead off single and later scored on a Macky Cianciolo sac fly. Naugy eventually scored another run on an error. Trent Levi had three of the Dogs 13 hits, going 3-4 with a triple. Matt Zahornasky tossed 6 innings, giving up 4 ER on 5 hits while striking out seven. Macky Cianciolo went the final three innings giving up three hits and striking out 5. Adam Piechowski went the distance for Winsted.
Naugatuck Dogs 12 Prospect Chargers 1
Jamie Kimberly pitched five innings, allowing six hits while striking out seven. The game was called due to rain after five innings. Naugy improved to 14-3.
