Tri-Town Trojans 8 Brass City Brew 5
Joel Judson, Casey McDonald and Kyle Osolin all had two RBIs for the Trojans. Wayne Brewington had two doubles. Miles Scribner struck out five for Tri-Town. Jeff Fonti was 2-for-3 with two RBIs for Brass City, while Paul Novakowski, Aaron McCulloch and Eric Rovinetti each had RBIs.
Wolcott Scrappers 6 Thomaston Threshers 3
Adam Lacapra was 3-for-4 with two singles, a triple and two runs scored and Ryan and Eric Soucy had two doubles and two RBIs each for Wolcott. Ismael Bollorin had a solo home run in the third inning for Wolcott (10-6). Justin Koutros went the distance for Wolcott, allowing two earned runs. Scott Bellemare doubled and scored a run and Tim Collins added an RBI double for Thomaston (4-11).
Waterbury Wild 11 Lakeville Outlaws 4
Waterbury was led by Joe Potemsky, who pitched a complete game three hitter with 10 strike outs and one earned run. Brad DeVito had a big game offensively with a two-run home run, single, three RBIs and four runs scored. Julian Cruz and Darryl Wilson added three hits. Mike Votto had a two rbi single for Lakeville.
Naugatuck Dogs 3 Bristol Greeners 2
Jeff Sturm surrendered two hits in the first inning then tossed no-hit baseball the last six innings as Naugy knocked off Bristol 3-2. Sean Miller-Jones cracked a home run while Ken Graveline added an RBI double for Naugy (12-3).
Litchfield Cowboys/Terryville Black Sox: Game tied 3-3 after 8 innings called due to darkness. Will finish game TBD.
